About
Integra CRE began in 2006 as a small holding company formed to own a single retail property in Burley, Idaho, leased to C-A-L Ranch Stores. Originally named JBB Burley Properties — for owners Jerry Ward, Bill Wallace, and Bruce Sharp — it grew alongside C-A-L Ranch into a portfolio of 20 retail, industrial, and office properties across Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Idaho.
In 2022 the company was renamed Integra CRE to reflect its broader purpose. After C-A-L Ranch merged with Coastal Farm & Ranch in 2023, Integra began actively diversifying its portfolio. Today, as the commercial real estate operating company of Integra Holdings, Integra CRE and its affiliated entities own and manage over $160 million in commercial real estate from our headquarters in Ammon, Idaho — and we're still a family company that reflects its small-town roots and values.

What We Do
We're long-term operators, not flippers. Most of what we acquire, we keep — and we manage it ourselves.

We don't decide to sell lightly — generally we're in it for the long-haul. When we do sell, both sides should get value out of the deal.

Steve started practicing law in Idaho in 1979, and in 1997 became outside General Counsel for C-A-L Ranch Stores. After 42 years in private practice he moved in-house with C-A-L Ranch as full-time General Counsel, and joined Integra CRE alongside Jerry following the 2023 C-A-L Ranch merger.
